The Australian Institute of Sport in partnership with Triathlon Australia are seeking the services of a
suitably qualified person to lead the national high performance program in preparation for the London
Olympic Games and beyond.

This exciting management role will provide strong national leadership and implement strategies to
achieve sustainable success for Australia triathlon at successive Olympic Games.  It will include
leading and managing the national high performance program across Australia and harnessing all of
the available operational and technical resources for success.

The key performance measure will be the delivery of medals at the Olympic Games.

Position is based in Canberra and will be available until 31 December 2012.
