Short Course: 300m/13km/3km  6.45am start    Lic $38.00 U/ Lic $44.00 Teams Lic $45.00 Teams U/ Lic add $6 per athlete

Long Course:  1000m/28km/8km  7.15am start  Lic $55.00 U/ Lic $65.00 Teams Lic $70.00 Teams U/ Lic add $10 per athlete


Entries Close Thursday 4th December 7pm. Late Entries accepted until 1pm Saturday (extra $15.00 late fee)  NO ENTRIES RACE DAY
