Sally Garrard is a Sports Dietician and Exercise Physiologist

Master of Nutrition & Dietetics (Hons)

Bachelor of Applied Science - Human Movement Studies - Exercise Science (Hons)

Level 2 Anthropometrist (ISAK Accredited)

Sally is the dietician for QAS Rowing and Women's Hockey squad, and also to Australia's ‘National Sporting Officials' program - a program designed to support the most ‘up & coming' sporting officials and referees in Australia's national sports. Sally regularly consults to various triathlon and running squads, conducting fluid balance & hydration studies, and sports nutrition workshops/seminars.

Further to this, Sally conducts one-on-one consultations, fuelling those athletes that like to train more hours than they sleep! Individual services include:

Sports Nutrition for training & competition nutrition plans for: Triathlon (sprint through to Ironman distances), Cycling, Running, Sprint Athletes, Football (union, soccer & league), and Body building.

Weight management for Body fat loss, and Muscle gain

Disordered Eating Support for people with binge eating disorder, Bulimia Nervosa & Anorexia Nervosa

Vegetarian/vegan meal plans ensuring adequate macro/micronutrients, and energy when choosing a vegetarian style of eating
